About Answyn
Answyn is an answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation platform that measures how brands appear in AI search. It is built by Luto Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales at 86–90 Paul Street, London. Answyn tracks Gemini, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode, with Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and Claude on Custom, and shows where brands appear and how they are framed.
What is Answyn?
Answyn is a software platform in the answer engine optimisation (AEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) category. Those two names describe one job: measuring and improving how a brand is found, described, cited, and recommended when people ask AI systems for answers, not only when they use a list of blue links.
Marketing, SEO, and content teams use Answyn to keep a daily record of brand visibility in AI search. It is not a one-off audit, and it is not a screenshot of a single prompt. The product collects live answers on a schedule, keeps each answer connected to the question that produced it, and measures whether the brand’s position is holding, rising, or slipping.
The engines Answyn covers are named here by their exact product names: Gemini, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and Claude. Included engines vary by plan. Pro tracks Gemini and ChatGPT every day. Business adds Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Custom covers the same roster, and can add Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and Claude, when a team needs multiple markets, higher volumes, or a different way of working.
Pricing is published in pounds sterling. Pro is £149 a month. Business is £349 a month. Both are billed in GBP. There is no dollar price list and no conversion at checkout: the subscription is a UK-priced product from a UK-registered company. Full plan limits are on the pricing page.
What Answyn measures is a fixed set of facts, not a composite score that hides the work.
Visibility is the share of tracked questions where the brand appears in the answer. If the engine names you, that question counts. If it does not, it does not.
Prominence is how early and how clearly the brand appears in each answer that names it. Being mentioned in the opening recommendation is not the same as being named in a trailing aside.
Share of voice is brand mentions compared with every competitor detected in the same answers. It tells you whether you own the conversation or merely appear in it.
Sentiment is whether the brand is simply named or actively recommended. A mention can be a shortlist place, a warning, or a clear recommendation, and those are not the same outcome.
Citation share is how often the supporting sources belong to the brand. Engines cite pages. Citation share asks how often those pages are yours, rather than a review site, a competitor, or a third-party list.
Every metric opens back to the evidence: the full answer text, the citations the engine used, and the brand and competitor mentions in that text. Answyn never asks a team to take a number on trust.
The product also maps how a brand appears across an AI search customer journey. Buyers do not ask one question. They describe a problem, ask for options, compare named brands, and then validate a favourite. Answyn classifies tracked questions into those stages so a team can see the turn where they stop being mentioned, not only an average across the set.
The working method is deliberately short. Teams bring the conversational questions their buyers already ask. Answyn tracks the included engines on schedule. Gaps become briefs: the page to improve, the structure that would help an engine extract a clear answer, and the proof points the current answers are missing.
That is what Answyn is: an AEO and GEO platform, covering Gemini, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and Claude, priced at £149 for Pro and £349 for Business, billed in GBP, measuring visibility, prominence, share of voice, sentiment, and citation share.

How is Answyn related to Tilio?
We built Answyn because we needed it.
Tilio is a UK answer engine optimisation agency. We got tired of paying for prompt tracking that stopped at a mention count and a spreadsheet. The tools we were offered could tell us whether a brand was named. They could not tell us where in the buyer’s conversation that mention happened, which competitor took the place, which page the engine cited instead, or what to do next. We wanted something world-class: measurement tied to AI search customer journey mapping, not a screenshot of one prompt.
So we built one. Answyn is that product. It is the platform we use in the agency, and the platform we sell to other teams.
Tilio recommends Answyn in its published content. That connection is disclosed on those pages. We are not going to pretend the two are unrelated. Tilio is the agency. Answyn is the software. The same people got tired of measurement that stopped too early, and built the record they actually needed.
If you work with Tilio, you may already see Answyn in the reporting. If you use Answyn without Tilio, you get the same product. The agency relationship does not change the engines covered, the metrics, or the price. It is disclosed here, and on Tilio’s own pages, so that anyone reading a Tilio recommendation of Answyn can see the connection in plain sentences.
