Privacy notice
This page explains what personal data Answyn collects on the public website, when you book a demo, and on the free tools, why we keep it, and how to ask us about it.
Who we are
Answyn is a trading name of Luto Ventures Ltd, company number 16563350, registered in England and Wales at 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What we collect on the free tools
When you run a tool we store the domain or URL you submitted and the result of that run. The JSON-LD schema check is the exception: we store the types found and which checks failed, not the markup you pasted. That is not an Answyn account.
When you unlock a download we store the email you typed, the first tool that collected it, and a signed cookie on this browser so later exports stay unlocked. We do not sell that list. We do not send marketing from this capture unless you later ask us to email a scan result.
We also store first-party events such as which tool ran and whether someone used a second tool. Those events are for improving the hub. They are not sold to advertisers.
What we collect when you book a demo
When you book a demo we store your name, company, email, phone number, and the time you chose. We keep that so we can run the call. We do not send a confirmation email. We do not sell that list.
Why we keep it
We keep the email so we can unlock downloads and, later, send a result you asked for. We keep domain results so the same check can attach to one record. We keep demo details so we can hold the conversation you asked for. The legal basis is the steps needed to provide the tool or call you requested, and our legitimate interest in running a public site without creating accounts.
Cookies
The tools cookie is first-party and strictly necessary for the download you asked for. It is HttpOnly, lasts 180 days, and is not used for advertising. There is no banner for this cookie.
How long, and your rights
We keep tool emails and results while they are needed to operate the hub, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep demo bookings while they are needed to run the call, or until you ask us to delete them. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion by writing to team@answyn.com. You can also complain to the ICO.
Account data for the Answyn product is separate. Signing in uses Supabase Auth on the platform host. Billing uses Stripe. Those processors only see what is needed to run the product you bought.
